Isla del Fraile Resort is a unique project in the Spanish Mediterranean coast, not only for its philosophy of quality and space, but also by the wide range of leisure and services provided.

With the same philosophy of creating ideal environments, each housing development at Isla del Fraile Resort is being designed and built looking for a common concept: separate small housing developments provided with their own gardened and common areas following one aesthetic criterium. Gardens, fountains, pools, trails, viewpoints and details studied in detail.

Environments for living with breathtaking views of different landscapes: Almenara mountains, Calabardina Cope, el Hornillo, Águilas, and of course, the island and the Mediterranean Sea.

Isla del Fraile  Resort will boast, apart from commercial, sport and tourism facilities, eight residential developments. The first one,  Jardines de Almenara, has been recently completed. At the moment, Bahía del Fraile and Mirador del Fraile Fraile and are under construction and some of the rest of the residential developments of the project are in a very advanced stage.
